Hand N Hand Resource Center Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families throughout Stockton and the Central Valley. Our mission is to connect people with safe housing opportunities, supportive services, and programs that encourage long-term stability and independence.

We believe every person deserves compassion, dignity and access to meaningful assistance during difficult times. Through partnerships with local organizations, landlords, and community members, we help connect those in need with housing support and essential resources.
